Eierlikör mit Sandorn

Zutaten

5 Eigelb

70 g zucker

5 EL Sandorn-Vollfruchmarmelade

1/4 l Sahne

1/4 l Obstbrand

 

Zubereitung

  • Eigelb und Zucker schaumig rühren
  • Sandorn hinzufügen
  • Den Mixer auf höchste Stufe stellen und die Sahne langsam hineinschlagen
  • Langsam zurückschalten und den Obstbrand hinzufügen
  • Den Likör in vorbereitete Flaschen füllen und kühl aufbewahren (max. 6 Wochen)
